Always our first stop when heading for Colorado, and our last stop when heading home. Store is clean with plenty of seating. Service is good as well. The perfect pit stop for travelers. Clean restrooms and a quick pick me up and yeah they still offer senior coffee for is old dudes.

Let me start by saying this McDonald's seems like it could be a great restaurant. I don't know if it is just poorly managed, understaffed or both. It was a pretty store, but the restrooms needed attention. It was very busy when we stopped and only one young lady on the register. When we walked out to find a table all empty tables were dirty except one. I informed the girl at the register and a young man wearing a McDonald's uniform asked if she needed help. Apparently he was off work, but he did go out and clean all the tables.The wait wasn't long and the food was alright. My son didn't get the correct sandwich, but at least it was chicken so he ate it. He didn't get his fries or drink and we had to ask for them. I asked and paid for Xtra Mac sauce and didn't get it. My bun was dry.

Oddly, the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in regard to food quality and customer service. Staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice. Great place to let the dogs out too as it’s next to a field! Highly recommend!

The drive through was fast on 6-16-18, and there was apparently a breakfast special in which for an additional dollar you could get a second breakfast sandwich - which in may case was an egg mcmuffin. Both were great, as expected.

I stopped in this McDonalds for breakfast this morning on my way to Colorado for vacation. The store was clean and the help was also clean and friendly as well as curtious. I was very impressed with the service and quality compared to most other McDonalds and fast food restaraunts. Great job McDonalds. In lovin' it!

I always enjoy the staff at McDonald's here in Great Bend, they are very friendly and always love tosee my dog when we come through the drive thru.

The staff was great, however, I couldn’t imagine that the soap dispensers in the restroom are ADA compliant. They’re way too high for people who use wheelchairs, or kids, to reach. Even if they squeak through compliance, they’re not considerate of people with disabilities.

To be 100% honest I used to avoid eating or ordering anything from here. 8 to 10 years ago ordering from here, hope you're not in no hurry to your next destination cause you're gonna wait quite awhile if you wanted your food from there. Yes, even with no one else there but you. They made huge leaps forward and made huge improvements all the way around since then though. Now, hardly have to wait at all ever. Your in and out of there just like we all like it. Orders are correct for the most part, food tastes just like fast food should taste.
